Garden members receive free guided tours as well as discounts on special events according to their individual membership levels.

In addition, PPG participates in the American Horticultural Society's Reciprocal Admissions Program (RAP). As a result, all levels of membership receive privileges (ie free admission, discounts etc) at over 300 other botanical gardens located across North America.
